1. If you are planning to comission me - they are for personal use only, they may not be used for profit2. Feeding my arts into AI is prohibited. I own all rights to my works and I am allowed to post my art on my soicial media (unless requested overwise) and put it in my portfolio3. Any fanart commissions consisting of cracaters from any game/novel etc. may be used by me to produce merchandise unless requested overwise4. Commission may take from one to two weeks or a bit more, considering my state. If it needs to be done due the deadline - inform me before paying for the commission. You are welcome to ask for any updates anytime5. Reposing and sharing is okay, but please leave credits7. Payment can be done via many things. Ingame or real currency, except the second one can be a problem. Ask for the details8. At least 50% of the price must be paid before i start the commission and the other half of the price must be paid after i send you the finished piece. Do not make a full pre-payment its very inconvenient for me9. If you need to cencel your commission but you already paid the 50% before i sent you any updates about your commission i can give a full refund, but if i already started working on it i will make a refund however i will keep the 20% of the paid price.10. Please, be kind while commissioning me. Any rude, aggressive or just inappropriate behaviour against me will result in me cancelling the commission and keeping the price, depending on how much i have completed11. Before starting to fully work on your commission i will send you the sketch for a review before fully proceeding12. Please explaing your commission well so i won't have to ask you clarifying questions. If i will miss something while working on it and you wont ask for the adjustments at any point before i start fully rendering it, i wont be remaking it or adding any after that.13. You can ask up to 3 minor adjustments before i start working with the colours. Any after that will result in addition fee or will be declined.14. After the work is done i will send you the full res file and pngs for the social media posting.By commissining me this means that you have properly read, understand and agree to all of the above
